Adele Bolton

July 7, 1936 - November 26, 2017

ADELE BOLTON
July 7,1936 – November 26, 2017
On Sunday, November 26, 2017, Adele passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 81 years.   Left behind to cherish Adele’s memory are her beloved husband of 61 years of marriage, Harvey; son Rod; daughter Kim (Doug); treasured granddaughter Melanie (Kevin) and sister Helen. She was predeceased by her parents Samuel and Martha Semrock and brother Oscar.    Born in St. Clements MB, Adele spent her early years in Beausejour until moving to Winnipeg, where she met her husband Harvey. They had just celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary on October 27th.     Adele loved soaking up the sun’s rays in her swing while looking over the lake at the cabin, Johnny Walker glass in hand. She always had an eye for fashion, especially if it was sparkly. In Adele’s younger years, she would always be seen in high heels. She wore rings on every finger, and always had earrings to match her outfits. Adele enjoyed time with friends and family, always putting others before herself. She made sure everyone was well fed, always offering something more even if we were stuffed to the brim. Adele was always looking out for her only granddaughter Melanie, making sure she had money to spend, and always spoiling her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.   In compliance with Adele’s wishes, no funeral service will be held.    Wojcik’s Funeral Chapels & Crematoriums, Winnipeg, 2157 Portage Avenue, 204.897.4665 www.wojciksfuneralchapel.com

“God saw you getting tired
and a cure was not to be
so He put his arms around you
and whispered “Come To Me”

With tearful eyes we watched you
And saw you pass away
And although we loved you dearly
We could not make you stay.
