Adoracion “Dory” Tubis Macapagal passed away in the presence of family early Sunday, July 31, 2016 at the age of 86 years. She was preceded by the love of her life: Francisco, her husband of 59 years, her brother and sisters: Saturnino Tubis, Nena De Borja, Loretto Llanes. Left to cherish Adoracion’s memory are sisters: Betty Tubis, Cristina Tubis, Ampy (Hugh) Keilty; her children, Frank (Myrna), Ana Marie (Paul), Antonio, Arturo (Rebecca) and niece Marybeth (Chris). She will be remembered fondly by her eight grandchildren, Frances (Matthew), Sr. Antoniana, Matthew (April), Minerva, Jordan (Christine), Nicholas, Arthur and Amanda, and by her 15 great-grandchildren, Dominic, Joseph, Jeremiah, Daniel, Justice, Mercy, Baby Maddalozzo, Noah, Mackenzie, Juliet, Baby Macapagal, Chloe, Florence, Kaitlyn and Charlotte. Dory loved travelling with her husband and always made a lasting impression on everyone she met through her kindness, generosity and zest for life. Prayers will be held on Sunday, August 7, 2016 at 7:00 p.m., in St. Paul The Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 2400 Portage Avenue. Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Monday, August 8, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., also in the Church with Rev. Fr. Eric Giddins and Rev. Fr. Mark Tarrant presiding.
