Left to cherish Al’s memory are wife Matilda (nee Mendla) of 48 years of marriage; three brothers, George (deceased Dorothy), Lloyd (Odile), and Raymond (Marie-Anne); as well as many nieces and nephews; great and great-great-nieces and nephews. They were all his favourites. He was predeceased by his son Rene; brother Edward; parents Patrice and Nora (Lally) Thibert; and in-laws Rudolph and Petronella Mendla. Al was a fun loving and caring person. He loved to share a joke or two.
