It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Alfred Vandal on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at the St. Boniface Hospital at the ripe old age of 81 years. He resided in Winnipeg, MB and is lived on by his wife Jackie Vandal; his niece Jennifer as well as many relatives who loved and cared for him.
