ALVARO de BRAGA ROQUE
Peacefully at his residence on Saturday, July 25, 2015, Alvaro de Braga Roque passed away in Winnipeg, Manitoba at the age of 72 years.
Alvaro will be sadly missed by his mother, Maria Helena; brothers and sisters, Isaltena, Guilherme, Antonieta, Joao Francisco, Belarmino and Maria de Fatima; and nieces and nephews. He is survived by his wife, Maria Elisa; son Pedro; daughters, Ana (Jeff), Paula (Ken), Helen (Greg) and Lenda (Manny); as well as grandchildren, Helio, Anthony, Daniel, Aidan and Nadia. He was predeceased by his son, Carlos; and his father Joao.
Alvaro loved spending time with his grandchildren, playing guitar, and he enjoyed watching soccer and hockey.
A celebration of Alvaro?s life will be held at a later date.
