It's difficult to believe that it's been 38 years since I sang at your wedding Linda. Andy did love music and had a beautiful voice. He is now singing in Heaven's choir. Our sympathy is with you Linda and your family.

Andy was one of the first friends and encouragers that I got to know when I first came to Grant Memorial Baptist Church. We shared the love of music and were in choir and Living Christmas Tree productions together. We shared many other involvements in music and drama ministries. However, health problems in more recent years limited Andy's involvement and we did not see much of each other. I am reflecting on memories of the past and can endorse all the comments being made about Andy's talent, humour and willingness to help. I am deeply saddened by this loss but glad to know he has eternity with the Lord he loved.

My most vivid memories of Andy was like those of so many others... he loved to sing. We were in many dramas, choirs, contata's together and his friendship with my brother Garth was so fun to see. They liked to talk and kibitz with each other but one look from the choir director and they were back to serious business. At that time his curly hair was his signature. My condolences to his family, God's peace be with you.

I didn't have the chance to see Andy very often in the last few years. But every time I did - he welcomed me and my family with the same good nature and sense of humour I always knew him for. My deepest condolences to Linda, Michael, Jody, and Shawna - he'll be greatly missed.

Garth and I will miss Andy as he was a true friend they shared many hours together in many forms, drams, choir and Garth was only too happy to help in the reno of Shawns's basement. About 3 years ago when Garth was away, Andy came and rescued our family from freezing as the fuse for the furnace blew, Andy was there fixed the problem, checking up with us to see if we were ok, days later

I remember meeting Andy for the first time at Christine and Regan's wedding. Sydney who was Andy's cousin introduced me as hopefully soon to be her daughter in law. I remember how he joked around with me. Also another great memory I have of him playing Santa Claus on Christmas Eve and how the kids were so excited to see Santa. I am so sorry to hear about Andy and wish we could be there on Friday but will be thinking of him and the family.

My prayers are with each memmer of Andy's family. He was a great friend and cousin; one that I respected, admired and looked up to. I will always remember his smile, and the joy he brought to every room he walked into.
