It is with deep sadness and regret that we announce the sudden and unexpected death of Andrzej Robert Idzikowski on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at the young age of 52 years. Left to cherish Andrzej’s memory are his loving wife Beata of 23 years of marriage; son Oskar; his mother Teodozja and sister Agnieszka of Poland; brother Pawel (Monika); aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his father Marian. Andrzej immigrated to Winnipeg in 1989. He attended the University of Manitoba where he studied Business Management. To all who knew him, Andrzej was a person who lived life with passion. A loving husband, father, and a caring friend, Andrzej’s warmth and kindness extended to anyone he met and everyone who needed a helping hand. Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in Holy Ghost R.C. Church, 341 Selkirk Avenue. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Siloam Mission.
