Anne was a true friend. We first met in Kamloops 1960. If I asked her to come over she never said that there was something else she would have to do - she came. When our paths separated we still had phone calls. On New Years Eve when her year had started in Winnipeg and mine in BC waiting. She would phone and we talked till it was my New Year. We then wished each other happy new year. Memories. I'll miss you, friend. I to the hills will lift mine eyes, from whence doth come mine aid. My safety cometh from the Lord, who heav'n and earth hath made.

Mrs. Gavin - Anne - congratulations on going back to school and getting your Bachelor's degree! I remember baking with Rhona at your house - mostly cookies, I think. You had a great laugh and sense of humour in spite of what must have been a difficult few years after you first emigrated to Canada. I'm glad I knew you. I hope and trust you are in a place of peace and eternal joy. Rest well.
