It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Annie Basisty on Friday, July 31, 2015 at the age of 83 years.
Left to cherish Annie?s memory are her sisters, Vera McCann, Mary Hodowanec, Polly Hyworon and Luba Johnson; as well as nieces; nephews and grand nephews; cousins; friends and her care workers at Holy Family Home, especially Kathy. She was predeceased by her parents; brothers, Peter and William Basisty; and sister Pearl Owsianyk.
Annie was a kind, loving person and if you shared any time with her you were truly blessed.
A memorial tea for Annie will take place on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 from 2:00 ? 4:00 p.m. in the Link Room in Holy Family Nursing Home, 165 Aberdeen Avenue.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Annie?s name may be made to Holy Family Nursing Home.
