Dearest Oma - I want to share with others the essence of you that I will always remember. Your twinkling eyes, your soft touch, your gentle admonishments to "eat,Barb, eat!" always ensuring that no one went hungry, and we were always welcome. Your blue eyes had an undercurrent of joy - and a hint of mischief - and in a way I felt they were always reading me! You and Harry raised a beautiful soul in Elisabeth and she is testament to your character. What I cherish most about you was your unwavering welcome. I will be sad to visit Elisabeth and not include a trip to see Oma. God bless you Toni!
