Peacefully with family by his side, Antonino Rinella passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2015, at Grace General Hospital, at the age of 87 years.
Left to mourn Antonino?s passing are his present wife of 45 years, Angela; son, Tony Rinella (Yolanda); granddaughters, Janina, Yolanda and Andrea; daughter, Angela Rinella and grandson Alessandro; son, Giovanni Rinella (Lauren) and grandsons, Tristano and Nicholas; nieces, Beatrice Bullaro (Frank) and family, Angelina Borelli (Vittorio) and their children. In Italy, sister-in-law Fausta Cortese (Antonio); brother-in-law, Umberto Scagliarini (Rosetta) and family. In Canada, sisters-in-law, Maria Urso (Sam) and family and Angela Versace (Tony) and family; brother-in-law, Tony Siragusa, sisters-in-law, Julie Selewich and family; Brigite Siragusa and family; brothers-in-law, Frank Siragusa (Carmela) and family and Joe Ingrilli and family. He was predeceased by his first wife Giovanna Rinella; parents Antonio and Angela Rinella; in-laws, Augustino and Rosa Siragusa; in laws, Paulo and Lucia Scagliarini; brother-in-law, Joe Siragusa; sister-in-law, Santina Ingrilli and brother-in-law, Antonio Scagliarini.
For those who wish, viewing will be held prior to Mass of Christian Burial which will be Celebrated on Friday, June 12, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in Holy Rosary Church, 510 River Avenue with Rev. Fr. Sam Argenziano, presiding. Entombment will follow in the Queen of Heaven Mausoleum in Assumption Roman Catholic Cemetery, 3990 Portage Avenue. A celebration of life will follow in the Holiday Inn West, 2520 Portage Avenue. Pallbearers will be Rosario Bullaro, John Bullaro, Mario Bullaro, Raffaele Borelli, Pierro Urso and Alessandro Rinella.
