ASTA BJERRING PEDERSEN 1914 – 2016
We are saddened to announce that Asta passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at Oakview Place Personal Care Home, at the age of 102 years. Remaining to cherish Asta’s memory are her daughter, Birthe (Per); grandson Mark (Rose); great-grandchildren, Ashley (Luke), Ryan (Kayleigh) and Kathleen (Ryan); as well as two sisters in Denmark, Helga and Gusti. She was predeceased by her husband, Hans; her grandson Glenn and her sister, Dorrit. In compliance with Asta’s wishes, no formal Funeral Service will be held. The family would like to thank the caregivers at Oakview Place for the kind way Asta was looked after. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
