AUREA MARY COUTU

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Aurea Mary Coutu, 89, on Monday, August 5, 2024 at the Lions Manor personal care home.
Mom was born on September 2, 1934 in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

She leaves behind her daughters, Helen (Patrick), Denise and Annette. Her sons, Zab (Sherry), Robert (Jean), Russell (Susan), Gilbert (Michelle) and Junior (Garry). Her sisters, Marianne, Olga, Rachel and Jackie. Many relations, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Mom was predeceased by her husband Leander Norman Coutu, her sons Frank, Frederick, John, daughter Betty, parents Albert and Amanda Boudreau, her siblings Edward, Sylvan, Donat and Annette.

Viewing is at 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 15 at Wojcik’s Funeral Chapel located at 1020 Main Street. A service of remembrance will be held on Friday, August 16 at 10:30 a.m. at Wojcik’s Funeral Chapel at 1020 Main Street with interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery 3001 Notre Dame Avenue, with a luncheon to follow up.
