Barry Thomas Mudray

Barry Thomas Mudray of Winnipeg, Manitoba, born in Ste. Rose du Lac, Manitoba on October 10, 1943, passed away in St. Boniface Hospital on April 23, 2024 at the age of 80 years.

Barry grew up on the family farm near East Bay with his parents, Mike and Stella (Stephany), and his brother Michael. In 1959, the family moved to Brandon, Manitoba.

A gifted turbine engine technician, Barry worked at Perimeter Aviation in Winnipeg. He enjoyed camping and ham radio, and was a fan of many sports, especially hockey and football. His sense of humour and mischief will be remembered by all who knew him.

Barry is survived by his wife, Anne, and his two children, Trisha (Chris) McCarthy and Colin Mudray, as well as his niece Tara (Steve) Rystephanuk, great-nephew Fyodor Rystephanuk, and grandchild Rin Bartley. He was predeceased by his father (2012), mother (2013) and brother (2014).

There will be no formal celebration of life service.
