Dr. Brenda Maxwell Also known as: Brenda Roulston Hanks Maxwell Zografov   Brenda’s soul winged its flight graciously up to the Realms on High on the early morning of Wednesday, December 2, 2015, after a valiant fight against glioblastoma multiform, stage 4 cancer. These are Brenda’s own words from her Will and Testament: “In the name of Bahá’u’lláh the Glory of the All Glorious. Soaring in the heavens on the wings of eternity, moved by beautiful and stirring melodies, inspired by the burning desire to heal and bring to ecstasy the myriads of harassed and drooping souls living in a world of illusion, a candle sharing His radiant light with all.” Brenda’s immense compassion and sensitivity touched every heart that crossed her path. “It is Our hope that our encounter may never be forgotten nor effaced from the heart by the passage of time, but rather that, out of the seeds thus sown, the sweet herbs of friendship may spring forth and remain forever fresh and verdant for all to behold.” – Bahá’u’lláh. Farewell from loving husband Alex Zografov; sons, Shem, Ryan and Tory Maxwell; daughters, Miranda Santolini and Meleyna Bighorn; grandchildren, Maleyk, Justice and Helios Bighorn; sons-in-law, Jordan Bighorn and Cesar Santolini; daughter-in-law Elisa Joy Zografov; father Dr. Gerald Hanks; mother Stuart Hanks; brothers, Bruce, Rodney, Stephen and Dunkan Hanks; brothers-in-law, Kosta and Kiril Hadjikirov; sisters-in-law, Julia France, Kaliopa Hadjikirova, Ali, Kathy, Lesley and Cindy Hanks; nieces and nephews, Liam, Megan, Sasha, Alanna, Spencer, Kaitlyn, Miles, Hayley, Ethan and Quinn Hanks and Keisha and Amy Laffin; as well as first cousin, Iris with husband Bill. In compliance to Baha’i law, Brenda’s body was interred within 24 hours of her souls’ ascension.
