Bruce moved in next door to my parents. Dad help Bruce study to get on the police dept. and we watched the kids grow up. Wee Jordan loved to come over to my mom's for her homemade cookies and there was always fun times spent visiting together. I just cannot believe what a sad ending there is to his life. I am so sorry Kelly, for your loss.

So many things to thank Bruce for. Especially, his love and tremendous help to my father and mother over the years. Bruce lived this last year of suffering with love, courage, honour, and grace. He constantly showed his great love for wife Kelly, son Jordan, and daughter Taylor. Bruce and I became very close. I am honoured that he regularly shared his life stories with me. I'll miss the talks and laughter. 'Love you brother!' right back at you Bruce.

As one of Bruce's co-workers and supervisors in Dist. 2 I always found Bruce a true delight to be around. He always had a smile on his face and always seemed happy to be at work. He was well liked and respected by his peers and supervisors. R.I.P. old BUDDY. My sincere condolences to Bruce's family.

My sincere condolences to Bruce's family. We lived just around the corner from Bruce's family. We grew up together from kindergarten (Mulvey School) to Gordon Bell, then as life changes & people marry and move, some contacts are lost. I often thought of Bruce & Ken, we shared lots of good times and laughs in our childhoods. Bruce, may you rest peacefully. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

It is with great sadness to hear of Bruce's death! It's been quite a few years since I saw him last (I think it was at an indoor soccer field when I was picking up my daughter and he was bringing his to play), but he always had a big smile for me and we'd catch up on life and things and it didn't matter that many years had passed since we last spoke, we always were able to pick up where we left off! God speed my friend! Have a wonderful journey! Your friend, Franca

Bruce and Kenny and I go way back to when we were kids they though that passing gas in that small bed room of those twins was a funny thing when you sleep over when you had to get up at at 4:30 am to go and play in a hockey tournament. His Mom and Dad had a deal with the two neighbors so they had three front yards to build a ball hockey rink in front of there houses on Walnut with boards and back stops. We won more Stanley Cups than you can imagine. Bruce had a great hockey career and football career so over time you loose touch and one day my son and Jordan were playing golf as junior at Assiniboine golf club and I ask Jordan if he was related to a Bruce and the rest is history. Thanks Jordan for bringing your Dad back into my life he sure did a lot in his. We are all better people to of had him in our life and he will be missed by all. Till we see you again my friend, Norm

Bruce was Keith's 1st partner in District 1. A spirited man he was, many fond memories of him, in the work place, War Eagle Lake. Taylor and Frazer were about the same age. Jordan always admired Zoro for his military personality...Keith would dress and cam up Jordan when they came out for a visit. Good times..Long live the DEUCE mobile...
