CAMERON MOFFAT

JULY 6, 1957- AUGUST 27, 2023

With broken hearts we share the passing of our deeply beloved Husband, Dad and Papa, Cameron Moffat.

After a swift and courageous battle with Cancer, Cam passed away at home as he wished surrounded by his family. Cam was 66 years young.

Left to mourn the loss is his adoring and loving wife Kim, daughter Crystal (Jeremy) Bergthorson, son Cody Moffat, granddaughter Natalie and grandsons Alex and Benett.

Cam had endless love and pride for his two children and three grandchildren. From the day they were each born they were the lights of his life. He was forever supporting them and always there for anything they needed. Cam had the deepest devotion and love for his wife. He was her soul mate.

Cam is predeceased by his Mom and Dad Anne and Gordon Moffat, his Mother and Father In law Phyllis and Dennis Clare all from Woodlands, Manitoba.

Cam is survived by his brothers Gordon (Marlies) Moffat, Randy (Louise) Moffat as well as many nieces and nephews and dear friends.

Cam was always creating and building. Whether it was at home or at the lake. Wherever he was he was always happy, smiling and making people laugh. Of the 36 years married, 30 of them were also spent creating memories with dear friends and family at Lynch’s Point Campground.

Cam grew up in River Heights. After some convincing the quiet and lack of city lights wasn’t all that bad. He fell in love with country living and raised the family in Woodlands on the Clare family farm and fostered 17 children throughout the years as well.

Sincere thank you’ s to Dr. Kadane and Dr. Laylek at HSC Cancer Care. Dr. Graham and the entire Palliative Care team in Stonewall for taking such great care of Cam. Special Thank you to nurses Amber, Laurie, Kaitlyn and Kesneil for your endless compassionate care. Thank you to Stonewall Pharmacy for always quickly taking care of Cam and being a support to our family.

Graveside Funeral Service to be held in Woodlands at St. Georges Anglican Cemetery. Wednesday, September 27th at 2:00 pm.

Forever and always in love with you,

Kim
