CAROL-ANNE POTTER(nee CRANSTON)January 27, 1943 – September 5, 2016
    On Monday, September 5, 2016, Carol-Anne Potter passed away peacefully with her husband and children by her side, at the age of 73 years.   Carol will be fondly remembered by her husband of 52 years, George Potter; her son Douglas (Gaylene) Potter; daughters Karen Potter and Barbara Potter; as well as grandchildren, Samuel, Alex, Emma, Brandon and Austin. She was predeceased by her parents, Alexander and Edith Cranston, and her grandsons Tomas Reid and Luke George.   Carol was a very loved and caring person and had many close friends over the years. She was very involved in several organizations, a member and president of the IODE in Manitoba, and Provincial Director of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Program. Carol found Matlock, Manitoba a home away from home as she spent all her summers there for over 50 years. Mom enjoyed travelling with her love of her life George on cruises and travelling to the different parts of USA with her daughter Barbara.
