Cancer took one of our finest in the early morning hours of Monday, June 12, 2017. Left to mourn our dear friend Carol are her brother Kevin (Moira); nieces Sarah and Emily; nephews Patrick and Andrew, along with many cousins and friends, too many to mention. She was predeceased by her mother Irene and her father George. Carol was a very special person. Her friend, Mary, often remarked “everyone needs a Carol”. She was the epitome of kindness, thoughtfulness and caring and could always be counted on to lend a hand or an ear. A friend of such quality comes along once in a lifetime. It is impossible to describe how much Carol will be missed. On Tuesday, June 20, 2017, Carol’s Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. in St. Vital Roman Catholic Church, 1629 Pembina Highway, Winnipeg, with Rev. Fr. Colin Peterson, officiating.
