I always admired the way Cecile could light up a space with her winning personality and how people would almost cheer when she came into the room. Truly a spirited and wonderful person, this lady will be missed.

The phone rang at my office and the display said C Watt. I automatically know who it is and was so happy to answer 'Hi Mrs. Watt!' Imagine my sorrow and shock when Mr. Watt said she had passed away 2 months prior. I couldn't concentrate on my work after that. I told Mr. Watt I was so sorry and I wanted to cry. I had a customer with me and he said she must have been a wonderful lady. She sure was. Always giving. One time I wasn't feeling well and Mrs. Watt asked if I wanted a tylenol. I said sure like a little girl whose mom was taking care of her. I had it in my mouth and Mrs. Watt shrieked STOP!! and took it out of my mouth in a flash. It was her heart pill! Mr. Watt and I couldn't stop laughing for years after that. Rest in peace, Cecile and may God always protect and comfort our dear Mr. Watt.
