Cliff was born at East Braintree, Manitoba. Left to cherish Cliff’s memory are his wife Loa, of 48 years; sons David (Brenda), Wayne (Treasure); four grandchildren, Cyle, Lee, Paris, Rachel; brother Lorne; and sister Sharon (Rick) Hamilton. He was predeceased by his parents Olive and Charlie Plowman; and brother Wilfred and sister-in-law, Ollie.
