So sorry to hear of Cons' passing, we first met Con when he was Dep, Gov, In Kinsmen and he and Colleen came to Selkirk to meet with Gov Bud and the rest of the Dep.Govs. They left us with a wall hanging "What is a true Friend" which we have cherished ever since, thank you Colleen. Our Deepest Sympathy. Del & Don

My condolences to Colleen and all of the family. I first met Conrad at the Nathanael programme in Brandon in the early nineties and over the years have kept in touch with cards and letters. Conrad was a valuable resource and had years of experiences and insight which I will miss.

Conrad was my big brother, also a husband, teacher, coach, businessman, administrator and in his words a political policy wonk. He loved a challenge and succeeded where others would fail. He was a leader and friend. We will miss him greatly.
