I will always remember Auntie Cordie for all of her hand written letters and cards. Even though we were thousands of miles apart she kept me up to speed on the family, as I tried to do for her as well. Such a loving and kind hearted person, I am truly blessed to have known her.

Auntie Cordie was really one of the most wonderful people I have known. She was kind, caring and always thought of others. Every year I would receive a birthday card from her and Uncle Mel, with a special note inside. My favourite memories are sleeping overnight at Auntie Cordie's when I was young and spending time with my cousin Don. Auntie had such a bubbly personality, you could not help but be happy around her. She also made the most delicious doubledecker cakes I had ever had! She also put on the most spectacular Christmas dinners. Leigh and I will miss her very, very much.

It was pure joy to be with Cordie - the dear mother of my dearest, comfortable, lifelong friend her daughter Tracy. There was always lively and interesting conversation and excitement when in the company of Cordie and she always made you so welcome. We are blessed to have had Cordie in our lives. We are happy to have one of her beautiful afghans - a wedding gift - which we cherish. With love and thank you for the beautiful memories Colleen and Zach.
