It’s with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Daniel Peter Dowbush on Sunday, August 6, 2017, at the age of 73 years. Left to cherish Daniel’s memory are his beloved wife Gail; brothers David (Daphne) and Edward (Florence); sister Elaine (Richard) as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Peter and Bertha Dowbush. Daniel worked at the Winnipeg Free Press and then as a custodian for the St. James-Assiniboia School Division until his retirement. A Memorial Service will be held for Daniel at a later date. A heartfelt thanks to the doctors and staff at the Riverview Health Centre Palliative Care Unit – 3 East, for your care and compassion.
