Dana, Brad, Dennis and Haley, our most sincere condolences to all of you at this very difficult time. One can only imagine the heartache you are all feeling. We met Darah and all of you through the Maple Leafs Hockey program and will always be inspired by the inner strength not only Darah displayed but all of you. Every time we met you, you took the time to say hello and never once did i ever hear you feel frustrated or tired. Dana, we followed Darah's battle on the caringbridge website and we would like to take the opportunity to thank you for sharing your journey with our family. It is very difficult for all of us to understand why it had to be Darah. Your regular journals answered many questions that our daughter Annaliese had during Darah's battle. But the strength and never give up attitude will inspire all of us for the rest of our lives. Dana, I know that Darah's attitude is a reflection of yourself. You should be so proud of yourself and your family for raising such a wonderful daughter. It is so sad that we won't have the privilege of watching her grow up but we will make sure that her memory lives on forever. We will all try to be Invincible.

Darah will forever be remembered for the special girl she was and for the great strength she possessed. She has touched many in her short life. She is and will continue to be an inspiration to many. She will always be remembered with a smile on my face. Deepest sympathy to the family on their great loss. Know that through memories she will always be with you. Everyday I know she will let you know that she is still with you and will be always.
