It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Darrell Tremblay on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at the early age of 44 years after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was a loving son, cherished brother and adored uncle. Remaining to cherish Darrell’s memory are his mother Mae (Steve); brothers, David (Judy) and Gary (Cheryl); sisters, Wanda (Ken) and Kathy (Ted); as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Marcel. Darrell was a City of Winnipeg Transit driver for the past 19 years. He was very kind hearted and generous man who will be missed by his coworkers, passengers and everyone who knew him. Thank you to the staff at 5B St. Boniface Hospital for the compassionate care given to Darrell in his final days. In compliance with Darrell’s wishes, no formal Funeral Service will be held.
