DOREEN MARGUERITE PRASEK (nee BOUTANG) It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Doreen Prasek (nee Boutang) on Friday, May 18, 2012, at St. Boniface Hospital after a brilliant battle against most odds. Doreen is survived by her children Kelley (Debbie), Marlowe (Suzette), Delanie (Pierre), and Tara-Lee. Grandma adored her grandchildren Ainsley, Chase, Mackenzie, Tanner, Baxter, Jersey, Cooper and Prestyn. Ashton, her great-grandchild, always made her smile. Her sister Cora, will dearly miss their daily calls and her best friend Darlene, will forever miss her laughter. Our Mom was very special to us and we will miss her. Mom had a way to make people smile, to endear herself with old and new friends. Seldom did she worry about herself but she was always worried for someone. Rest easy Mom, you don’t have to worry. You will forever be missed and forever be loved. On Thursday, May 24, 2012 Doreen’s Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. in Paroisse du Précieux-Sang, 200 Rue Kenny Street, Winnipeg, MB.
