DOUGLAS (DOUG) EDWARD GUITON In memory of Douglas Edward Guiton, originally of Montreal, most recently of Winnipeg, who passed from us on Monday, October 22, 2012, at the age of 92 years. Doug was a principled gentleman and proud family man who served his country with dedication in the Second World War, at D-Day and during the ensuing European campaign, with the 3rd Canadian Assault Division. He was predeceased by his loving wife Margaret Mabel Webster, and is survived by his children, Brenda, Jim, Rick (Gillian), Joanne (Bob), and Steven (Michèle); 13 grandchildren; and his seven great-grandchildren. A private family service will be held. Special thanks to the wonderful staff and nurses at the Deer Lodge Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations kindly made to the Heart and Stroke or Deer Lodge Foundations. Wojcik’s Funeral Chapel is in care of arrangements.
