Our heartfelt condolences go out to Peter, Dale, Darren and your families. To her dear sisters Lillian and Wendy and your families as well. Chris and I are grateful for the fun times we enjoyed with Edith, and we are grateful that when we occasionally popped into Winnipeg, Edith was eager to help us with a direction or to meet to pass the time till a next flight or what have you. Her infectious enthusiasm for life and fun will be missed - which is not out done may we say by her caring helpful ways. We will always remember Edith's kindness. Sincerely, Chris and Georgina Cote

Edith, this is going to be very hard to limit to a few lines. Our families (you 3 girls & Lloyd & I) lived across the street from each other from the time we were pre-schoolers ‘til each of us left home, and then it continued right up to the present. We began making memories when we were very young, and it continued until now, and it will continue til the 4 of us remaining join you. We have so many memories, some sad, but almost all happy ones. I loved you girls like you were the sisters I didn’t have. So now the pain is incredible, but I know soon those wonderful memories will take over & then I will think of you with a smile on my face instead of this sadness. You were the youngest of the 5 of us, we never thought you would be the first to go. I have loved you since you were about 2, I will continue to love you til we meet again, and forever after that. Pete and I both love you, we have had great times with you & Peter, & the rest of the Gang. Dale & Darren, we cannot tell you how sorry we are that you are going through this loss right now. But your Mom loved you with all of her being. How lucky you both were to get this remarkable woman as YOUR Mom. Peter, we are so sorry for your loss. You & Edith have lived very full lives, with so many beautiful memories. May those memories help you thru the tough times. With much love, Janet & Pete.
