It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Elizabeth Kobialka on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at the age of 97 years. Left to cherish Elizabeth’s memory are her son Michael; daughter-in-law Colleen; granddaughter Kandie (Swark); sister-in-law Clara Saretsky and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Mike; brothers Fred, George, Louis, Jack, Bill, Charles; sister Anne and granddaughter Ginger Swark. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in St. Charles Roman Catholic Church, 320 St. Charles Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba with Rev. Fr. Michael Wollbaum presiding. Interment will follow in St. Charles Roman Catholic Parish Cemetery. For those who wish, viewing will be held prior to Mass. The family would like to thank the staff at Heritage Lodge for the care they gave to Mom over the last two years.
