FLORENCE NICHOLSON (nee COLE) March 16, 1923 – January 9, 2013 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Florence Catherine Nicholson with family at her side. Left to cherish Florence’s memory are daughters Valerie and Diana (Ron); son James (Karen); and grandchildren. She was predeceased by husband Alexander (Bun); mother Evelyn; brothers Walter and Bruce; sisters Alice, Beryl and Shirley. Florence and Bun enjoyed their travels to Italy, England, Japan and their annual winter trips to Hawaii. The family cottage at Falcon Lake produced many happy memories for Florence and the family. Mom loved tending to her flower gardens. She especially enjoyed old movies, with Gary Cooper movies being her favourite. In compliance with Florence’s wishes there will be no formal Funeral Service. A private family interment will take place at a later date. Wojcik’s Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements. Deeply missed and never forgotten.
