FRANCES ONESCHUK (nee NIZNICK) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear aunt and sister, Frances Oneschuk on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at the East Gate Lodge Personal Care Home, after a lengthy illness. Frances is survived by her sister, Leona Kozody and many nieces and nephews. Frances was predeceased by her husband, Fred Oneschuk in 1980; sisters, Carrie Oneschuk, Vicky Mulla, and Julie Zelondyk; and brother, Frank. Frances was born in Molson, Manitoba in 1925. She married the love of her life, Fred Oneschuk in 1950. On Monday, July 9, 2012 Frances’ Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. in the Beausejour Room in the Brokenhead River Recreational Complex, 320 Veterans Lane, Beausejour, MB. Interment will follow in the Beausejour Town Cemetery. The family would like to extend special thanks to all the staff at East Gate Lodge Personal Care Home for the excellent care and compassion they gave Frances during her stay. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frances’ memory to East Gate Lodge Personal Care Home or a charity of one’s choice.   As published in the Winnipeg Free Press on July 07, 2012
