We are so deeply saddened by your loss. Gary's smile and laughter lit up the room. He knew how to make people feel special, like they meant something important to him. We will never forget how he made us feel like family. Love.

Dear Helen, Please acccept our sympathy on Gary's passing, we have many good memories of our mutual Birthday celebrations, Happy Hours and golf times both in Texas and Canada. The last time I looked in Google Earth the Van is still in front of the Horseman. I am sure he and Buster are in Heaven sharing lots of memories. Bless you all. Vern and Cheryl

Garry generously agreed to give Betty's and my family a pontoon boat ride two summers ago when he himself was not in the best of health. It was much appreciated. Rest easy friend.

Auntie Helen, Richard and Lee. I truly am sorry for your loss. Not only having gone through this myself last year at the same time, I can honestly say I know how you feel. It dam hurts. But having said that there are many memories of uncle I will never forget. He was a generous man as mentioned above. As I got older we not only shared a few brews but also overnight hiking trips with uncle and his Highly trained dog Ninga who would retrieve our geese. Our lodging for the night meant sleeping on a rock ridge. oh well we didn't sleep much any way with those Geese honking. If we weren't chasing Geese at the back of the farm it seamed like the next best thing to do was jump in the plane and fly to Leaf lake or Maskwa lake for ducks. When summer came uncle would take me fly out fishing to various lakes. He would borrow me his canoe and motor until I could buy my own. Uncle would fly beer in to were my buddies and I were fishing, Many may not remember the beer strike in Manitoba I believe it was 1979. Friday night came along and and there was not a beer to be found and guess who would fly to Ingolf Onario and get the boys a box of beer. It was Good ole Uncle Gary. When uncle needed my help I was there if I could be. One late fall I got a phone call, hey Grant, Gene and I got a couple of moose can you come and help me pack them out. Sure I said and away we went. Boy did we work hard they were 3/4 of a mile from the dam lake but nothing went to waste and they were out that day. We landed at your home and the sun had just set. My thoughts are with all of you at this time. Grant.

Gary was a very caring and giving man. Most generous memory was Gary buying the whole Horseman Bar a drink when he received his first 'cash for life' pension cheque :):). Gary you WILL be missed. Thoughts are with you and your family Helen!
