GILBERT WILLIAM PREFONTAINE On Tuesday, October 28, 2014, Gil passed away with his wife and children by his side. He was the ultimate loving father, husband, friend and fighter. Our gratitude goes out to Dr. Kumar and the BMT Department, and all the special nurses and staff on D6 over the past few years. We are grateful for the care and love given to Gil so we had more years with him. A private service will take place at a later date.
