It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Gwen Emslie on Monday, May 2, 2016 at Seven Oaks Hospital, Winnipeg, at the age of 74 years. Gwen is survived by her six children; thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Born and raised in Headingley, Manitoba, Gwen was an avid musician and singer who enjoyed impromptu get-togethers and time at the lake. Gwen will be sadly missed by her family and friends. In compliance with Gwen’s wishes, no Funeral Service will be held. Special thanks to the caregivers and staff at Vital Life and Seven Oaks Hospital who tended to her needs with such patience.
