Peacefully after a lengthy illness, it is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Hugh Norman Buskell, of Winnipeg on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at Deer Lodge Centre. Left to cherish Hugh’s memory are his beloved wife, Francis, daughter, Linda, sons, Dan (Candy), Barry (Shelley) and Craig; six grandchildren, Troy, Cameron, Andrew, Sarah, Cody and Kathy. Hugh was a proud Second World War Veteran and a lifetime member of the St. James Legion. Special thanks to the staff at Tower 5 in Deer Lodge Centre.
