In loving memory of Dawn, who passed away peacefully on Monday, January 23, 2017 at the Convalescent Home of Winnipeg, at the age of 95 years. Dawn will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her siblings, James, John, Charles and Frances; daughter Joan (John Plaetinck); sons, James (Teresa) and Donald (Diane); as well as her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth; parents Ada and John Wells and siblings, Joan, Andrew, Alec, Winona and Beth. A celebration of Dawn’s life will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik’s Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street at Manitoba Avenue, Winnipeg. Interment will be held in Erickson Cemetery, Erickson, Manitoba, at a later date. The family would like to extend their appreciation to all the staff of the Convalescent Home of Winnipeg, especially Isaac and the third floor staff, for their kindness and compassion during the years Dawn was a resident.
