Obituaries

I was fortunate enough to meet Jake when I was a student living in Winnipeg about 15 years ago. He always struck me as such a happy and pleasant man and I thoroughly enjoyed my visits with him. He had a wonderful sense of humour and I have a few stories that stand out in my mind that I doubt I will ever forget. I am deeply sorry to have learned of his passing and I send my most heartfelt condolences to all of Jake’s family. I have no words that can ease the sense of loss at his passing, but hope that fond memories of Jake will bring smiles to the faces of his loved ones.

Was very loved and will be greatly missed by his family, grandchildren and great grandchildren children in Alberta I will miss my many talks with him. Rest In Peace my father for you are gone but never forgotten and still alive in our memories forever.
