JAMES (JIM) SKINNER On Monday, December 17, 2012, Jim died at the age of 56 years. Jim loved to operate forklifts. He volunteered at the Children’s Festival every year and worked in the kitchen most recently at Siloam Mission. He was always top sales at Dickie Dee in his younger days.
