JANUSZ SZUSTAKOWSKI
 
        It is with the heaviest of hearts we announce the passing of Janusz Szustakowski. He peacefully passed away with family by his side at Pinawa Hospital on Thursday, November 24, 2016, at the age of 55 years.
            Remaining to cherish Janusz’s memory are his brother, Kazimierz (Anita); sister-in-law Zena; nephews, Robert (Jessica) and Paul; nieces, Isabel and Vanessa; as well as many family and friends in Poland. He was predeceased by his father, Jozef; mother Bronislawa and brothers, Jurek and Andrzej.
            Janusz was born in Szczecin, Poland on August 27, 1961. He immigrated to Canada in September 1988. He was truly a Jack-of-all-trades, from fixing cars, doing construction and electrical, all learning these trades from watching others. Janusz had two passions in life: fishing and spending time with his family. He was the type of person that didn’t have much but would give it all to his family and close friends if they needed. Janusz liked coming out to Lac du Bonnet, Manitoba where his brother lives. There he enjoyed fishing, working on different projects around the cabin or just relaxing, away from the city. His family was everything to him as well as he meant everything to us. Janusz will be extremely missed and not a day will go by that he will not be in our thoughts.
       In compliance with Janusz’s wishes, a private family celebration of his life will be held.
