JASON STEVEN OSWALD ZABOLOTNY Jason Steven Oswald Zabolotny, age 37 of Winnipeg, MB passed away May 25, 2013 at the Health Sciences Centre. Jason was born and raised in Winnipeg. Jason in his youth was an outstanding hockey player and spent countless hours on the ice. As an adult Jason was a very loving and caring father to his two boys Cole and Berg, who he loved with all his heart. Anyone that knew Jason would contest to his kind and loving soul. Jason battled being ill most of his adult life but still managed to raise his two sons and have them know love. Jason’s sudden passing will leave an empty spot in those who loved him. He will be greatly missed but always remembered. Jason is survived by his parents Theresa and David Zabolotny, sons Cole and Berg Zabolotny, sister Tracy Stutzke, nephew Michael Fyfe, niece Camryn Fyfe and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that loved him very much. Jason is preceeded by his grandparents on both sides. The family would like to thank everyone that supported them in this tragic event and the hospital staff on the fourth and seventh floor of H.S.C. There will be a memorial service held to honour Jason’s life on Thursday, June 6 at 7:00 p.m. at Weston Memorial Community Centre on Logan Avenue.
