Shocked to hear this news from my Mom who still lives in Winnipeg. I lost touch with Jeff when we were in our late teens or early 20's, but I have fond memories of jamming on our guitars, swimming in his pool, listening to hard rock together, and cruising the streets when I got my driver's license.
