Jennifer Marie Bernard

November 14,1979 ~ September 21, 2022

It is with heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Jennifer on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at the St Boniface Hospital at the age of 42.

Jennifer left us suddenly after a diagnosis of cancer. She was best known for her big heart, artistic talent and wry sense of humour.

She is survived by her partner Danniel Cooper of Grand Forks, her children Christian, Megan and Will, her Mother Linda Thomson (Gary Bissett), her sisters Laurie (Jason) Brolly and Renee Bernard as well as both of her Grandmothers, Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and friends.  Jenn was predeceased by her Father Robert Bernard and her both of her Grandfathers.

Cremation will take place and no service will be held.

Do not stand at my grave and weep

 I am not there; I do not sleep.

 I am a thousand winds that blow,

 I am the diamond glints on snow.

 I am the sun on ripened grain,

 I am the gentle autumn rain.

 When you awaken in the morning’s hush,

 I am the swift uplifting rush

 Of quiet birds in circled flight.

 I am the soft star that shines at night.

 Do not stand at my grave and cry.

 I am not there; I did not die.
