Joan Carol Williams
    Joan Carol Williams passed away peacefully on Monday, May 9, 2016 after a short battle with cancer. She will be missed by her loving husband of 53 years, Richard Williams; children Ricki and Kari; son-in-law Stuart, Braden and grandkids Haley, Brett, Zak, Cashden and Reid. Family was the most important thing to Joan including her sister Bev and extended family. A special thanks to her lifelong friend Janey Bobbie. We are so grateful for the extra time you gave our family when you saved her life ten years ago.   Joan was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on August 24, 1944 and worked for the Winnipeg school division for 30 years. We have many happy memories with her vacationing every year and celebrating holidays with enough food to feed an army.   In compliance with Joan’s wishes, no Funeral Service will be held.   Joan was very grateful for the care Dr. Butler, Robert Richardson, Dr. Myers and Cancer Care provided.
