JOANNE EVELYN STEFANIUK

On Tuesday, September 27, 2011, Joanne died suddenly at the age of 40 years.

Left to forever cherish Joanne’s memory are her parents, Joseph and Evelyn (Tkachuk); brothers, Brian, Dennis and Jody (Michele); nieces, Emily and Isabel; Uncle Rod Tkachuk and Aunt Carrie Stefanyk as well as many cousins and friends.

Joanne was born April 28, 1971 in Winnipeg, MB. She attended school at Victoria Albert and Hugh John MacDonald.

On Friday, October 7, 2011 Joanne’s Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik’s Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street @ Manitoba Avenue.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Joanne’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
