JOSEPH (HERBERT) CHENIER After a long battle with Parkinson’s, Herbert passed away on Monday, September 2, 2013 at Fred Douglas Lodge. Herb is survived by his brother Bob (Sharon); nephew Rob (Nichole); and great-niece Taylor. He was born October 18, 1945 in Winnipeg. In compliance with Herb’s wishes, no formal Funeral Service will be held. His Interment will be held at a later date. Special thanks to Fred Douglas Oak unit for the wonderful care Herb received.
