One of the very few great supervisors I worked for at Canada Post . Joe was a very fair and honest supervisor who treated all his staff equally and had compassionate and understanding of his employees. He was well liked and respected by all who worked with him. Proud to say he was my friend also. RIP Joe

I was shocked & deeply saddened to hear that my nephew Joe died. The last time I saw him was when I went to visit my brother at Seven Oaks Hospital. Joe was already there with his Dad & we had a nice conversation. I know that Joe was a big help to his Mother, who is surely missing him very much. As well as his brother John & sister Donna. My heart-felt condolences to all of you.

I met Joe while working at Canada Post. He and I did street work together for about 2 months straight (when he came back out of retirement) I had heard all these great stories about this Supervisor "Moski" , never knowing who he was. When I finally met him... I instantly liked him! What a great guy, down to earth, funny as can be, a guy you couldn't help but like. I don't think I have ever laughed so much while working! I am so grateful I got to meet, and work along side of the great Moski. He will be missed dearly. My deepest sympathies to the family.

Joe and I started carrying mail at the same time, many years ago. I fondly recall him and I being assigned to work downtown often helping each other. Later in our careers we reconnected and I truly appreciated our chats and memories. He is a kind hearted, giving individual who will be sadly missed. My condolences to the Family. CIAO Joe!
