LAKELYN MARIE BOOTH
On Tuesday, October 27, 2015, Lakelyn passed away peacefully in her mother?s arms at home, at the age of seven months.
Lakelyn was born on March 8, 2015. In her short life she provided so much joy to her family and was constantly surrounded with love. Lakelyn will always be loved and remembered by her parents, Steven and Kara Booth (nee Smukowich); grandparents, Jack and Julie Booth and Scott and Cheryl Smukowich; many Aunties and Uncles: Mike (Lisa), Lisa, Holly (Jesse), Nicole (Darren) and Troy (Kassie); as well as cousins Easton, Oakley and Nixon. Lakelyn will always have a special place in ?Great Gram?s? heart forever.
A private memorial service will be held for immediate family at Lakelyn?s final resting place in the Queen of Heaven Mausoleum in Assumption Roman Catholic Cemetery.
It’s also important that we thank the wonderful staff at Children’s Hospital who cared for Lakelyn. Unfortunately our little angel couldn’t be saved, but you help so many kids get better every day, you are truly a special group of people.
