LEONA KOZODY(nee NIZNICK)
    With profound sadness and broken hearts, the family announces the passing of our dear mother Leona Kozody at the age of 84 years. With her family by her side she peacefully passed away on Monday, September 12, 2016 at the Health Sciences Centre, Winnipeg.   Leona will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Eileen and husband Leslie Davis of Patricia, AB; son Larry (Frances) of Wpg.; son Alexander, Jr. and wife Kim of Beausejour; daughter Dianne and husband Ken Urbanski of Beausejour; daughter Joanne and husband André Lemoine of Wpg.; daughter Bernice Kozody-Scott and husband Gregg of Oakbank; 17 grandchildren Leonard (Linda), Ronald (Tracey), Twylla (Fred), Matthew (Kim), Tammy (Mike), Jason (Roxanne), Derek, Kevin (Amanda), Lisa, Janelle, Rachelle, Marc, Stephanie, Matt, Travis, Denny and Rhianna; 11 great-grandchildren, Sarah, Amanda, Katlyn, Samantha, Chantal, Emily, Wyatt, Gavin, Mason, Austin and Garrett; also many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Alex in 2000; sisters Carrie Oneschuk, Vicky Mulla, Julie Zelondyk, Frances Oneschuk, brother Frank Niznick, as well as her great grandchild Jayden.   Divine Liturgy will be Celebrated on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. in Holy Ghost Ukrainian Catholic Church, Park Avenue, Beausejour, Manitoba, with Rev. Fr. Taras Kowch, presiding.
