MARILYN BELVA ANNE WIGGINS

1937 – 2023

Peacefully after a brief illness with dementia, it is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Marilyn Belva Anne Wiggins on 6, Oct., 2023 at the Victoria General Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba at the age of 85.

She leaves to mourn her beloved husband of 62 years Harry Gayle Wiggins along with her son Russell Harry Wiggins (Corinne) and her only grandchildren Simone Wiggins and Bret Wiggins, son Randall Scott Wiggins, brother Dale Fleury (Audrey), late Keith Fleury as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Belva was predeceased by her Father William John Stewart Fleury and Mother, Vila Anne Fleury (nee Chapman).  Belva loved life and was an active member of the Manitoba Royal Purple, Manitoba Prairie Quilters and T.O.P.S. Manitoba.

As per her wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no service. A private family interment will take place at the Chapel Lawn Cemetery. Special thank you to all the doctors and nurses on the 5th Floor at the Victoria General Hospital for providing Belva with the upmost care on her short stay with them.
